What do you think to Keep Calm and love you means?

In my opinion, it means don’t allow yourself to get out of control and do things that later you’ll beat yourself up for.

Think about what you are doing and take a deep breath before the words or actions change the way you think about yourself.

If you are an anxious person who worries about everything how is that affecting your life?

Ways to Keep Calm:

  1. Write in a journal. Journal writing will help you get your worries out of your head and on paper and then you can see how you may be overreacting.
  2. Find a way to manage your stress, walking, dancing, biking, and or working out.
  3. Talk it out with someone you trust; keeping feelings bottled up is a good way to get sick.
  4. Figure out why you are having the problem that is making you feel anxious/stressed.

If you are having money problems and that’s why you’re stressed, figure out what’s causing the problem is it too much debt, not getting any help from others in the household, or you are spending more money than you make?

Once you figure it out then come up with some solutions to solve it.

This is an example of a woman not loving herself the way she should and subsequently having a tough journey to finding herself.

Possible solutions:

  1. Find out exactly how much you owe a creditor and make a repayment plan.
  2. If people in the house are not paying their share of the rent, give them an invoice telling them the amount that needs to be paid and when it needs to be paid.
  3. If you are spending more than you make why? Are buying things because you really want them or to impress other people? Pay all your bills first then see what you have left over, then save half and spend half.

If you Keep Calm and Love Yourself then that means you are taking care of yourself; which means that you wouldn’t do anything to yourself that is dangerous, unhealthy, or disrespectful.
