About 1Dahmenah is a Filmmaker and Author who is passionate about creating media projects that inspire women to design the life of their dreams. With several years of experiences in social services and entertainment, Dahmenah has helped women ignite their self-esteem, self-confidence, self-awareness, and self-love. She believes by giving them the ability to make life choices from a place of strength, determination, enthusiasm, honesty, and love they can create amazing lives.

She believes that Women should find something to be  Grateful for because the better you feel about you the better you will do.

Through Dahmenah’s experiences with love, heartbreak, low self-esteem and interviews with Therapists as well as Relationship Experts, she shares lessons and tips learned in her self-help books for Women.

The Game Changers: How to Date Men in the 21st Century

As a filmmaker, Dahmenah produces feature films, documentaries, and web series through her production company Rose 2 Rebel Entertainment. She began her film studies at San Diego City College, and later earned a bachelor’s degree in Business at California State University. After working on several shorts and feature films, she then relocated from San Diego to Los Angeles. She then wrote and produced her first short film, Loss. Upon graduating from New York Film Academy Director’s Program, Dahmenah wrote and directed the short films, Episode, and Three Wishes.  She later produced the feature-length documentary, Happily Ever After featuring the acclaimed Cognitive Therapist and bestselling author Dr. Pat Allen.

Recently, Dahmenah wrote, produced and directed her first feature film, Love Therapy. The Romantic Drama is about AJ a successful, lonely and overworked therapist who solves her clients’ relationship issues but can’t solve her own. Until a nice handsome stranger reminds her of what she has been missing; and gives her the strength to heal.
