In a Relationship, if you are struggling to make it work, you may need to consider spending more time with yourself. In most cases, both parties are contributing to the problems in the relationship. Unfortunately, very few had good relationship role models so instead, you have to do the best you can.
Most men do not intentionally try to hurt women, it’s their own ‘stuff’ that is unresolved just like yours that gets in the way of a beautiful, healthy relationship.
If you allow a man or any person to make you feel miserable, it will damage your self-esteem, self-confidence, and your ability to trust men in the future. Not being able to trust men can cause you to spend several years alone.
Being alone isn’t necessarily a bad thing because it gives you a chance to work on yourself. It allows you to build the best relationship you’ll ever have the one with yourself.
However, not being able to control your emotions will stop you from doing what so many women struggle with, the ability to find the lesson from an experience, release, and move on.
Writing your thoughts inside of a journal is one of the best ways to get emotions out of your body so that won’t affect you later on.
In a Relationship, if you are not getting what you need then you need to communicate it to your partner. If you are fearful of doing this because he might leave you, then you need to spend some time on your self-esteem. Low self-esteem will diminish the quality of your life because it will stop you from doing things because you care what others think, are scared of being rejected, scared to try new things or scared to fail.
In a relationship, love should be worth fighting for so you need to look inside yourself for answers because you are either contributing to the problem or the solution.
