How To Build Confidence in Yourself

How to build confidence

Are You Happy With Your Life?

Today Women are busier than ever before, we have children, jobs, activities, and the list goes on and on. Unfortunately, we’ve put our beauty, health, and physical appearance at the bottom of that list, and now we wonder why our self-esteem and self-confidence have taken a huge hit.

At any time you can REINVENT YOURSELF, life is too short to continue to be unhappy.

We sometimes look in the mirror and wonder who is staring back at us.

I remember when I was working on my feature film project “Love Therapy” all that mattered was taking the necessary steps each day to get me a step closer to the finish line. And today, I’m taking new steps and the finishing line (success) is much closer but my self-confidence took a huge hit.

Why? Because of setbacks, letdowns, and lack of patience and then one day I got on the scale at the doctor’s office.  I was not too fond of the number that was staring back at me.

I was shocked and didn’t know how or where the extra pounds came from. But what was once forgotten can be discovered and changed in time and with focus.

If you are ready to improve your self-esteem, recharge your beauty and build confidence, you must first be honest with yourself.

They remind us why is building confidence important to our overall happiness.

Confidence is the foundation of all decision-making when you say you don’t want to do something, that comes from a lack of confidence and fear. But what is fear really?

Having a lack of confidence that you can do something well or that others may judge you harshly for doing it will keep you standing still. How can you accomplish anything if you lack the confidence to move forward? So take some time to focus on what matters in your life and that is you!

Do not let stress overwhelm you, and cause to settle for anything. Settling is the opposite of progress, if you settle, you have given up and given into whatever happens in your life.

You can continue to do what you normally do, just take an hour a day to work out, meditate, take better care of your hair, and skin, and don’t use aging as an excuse.

Some women think because their getting older beauty doesn’t matter anymore.  But it matters more because if you are unhappy with the way you look it will affect how you feel and treat yourself.

There’s only one YOU so take good care of her, she’ll love you for it.

1. Try something you’ve never tried before. Trying something new will add some excitement to your life, and you will realize things are not always as hard as they seem to be.

2.  When you act on something even though you are afraid, it will show you how courageous you really are.

3.  Give yourself credit for your accomplishment. Sometimes, we forget to give ourselves a pat on the back because making progress is a big confidence booster.

4.  Remember to take care of yourself! If you let your skin, hair, and body go you will lose confidence immediately, and it is something you can control through your eating habits, sleeping habits, pampering habits, and exercise habits.

5. Don’t worry what others think or say, they are not taking care of you.

What is confidence? Basically, the ability to believe you can do something well, and even if you can’t, you’ll do it anyway.
